Creek Systems Ranks in Top 1000 on the 2011 Inc. 500|5000

After three years of substantial growth, Creek Systems is recognized once again as a leader in the American marketplace. With several American Business Awards previously captured by this contender, Creek Systems lands in the top 20% of Inc. Magazine’s list of the fastest growing companies in the USA.

New York, August 23, 2011 – In an announcement today, Inc. Magazine released its exclusive  2011 list of America’s fastest growing private companies, landing Creek Systems in the top twenty (20%) percent. With a three year sales growth of 367%, the California-based firm achieved a rank in the top one thousand companies, defying the stagnant state of the US economy. 

In an economic environment that has been extremely sluggish for several years, the median growth rate of 2011 Inc. 500|5000 companies remains at an impressive 94 percent. The companies on this year’s list report having created 350,000 jobs in the past three years, and aggregate revenue among the honorees reached $366 billion, up 14 percent from last year. To qualify for consideration and possible inclusion in the 2011 Inc. 500|5000, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2007 and be US-based privately held for profit enterprises. Qualifying entrant companies are then ranked according to the percentage of revenue growth when comparing 2007 to 2010.

The top 5000 list represents the best of American entrepreneurship, setting the standard for independent achievement in the US market. The year’s honorees, plus alumni previously recognized, are invited to attend the 2011 Inc. 500|5000 Conference & Awards Ceremony on September 22–24, 2011, at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland.

 (Abu Dhabi, July 27, 2011) – Today, Creek Systems received notification from the Stevie Awards announcing their selection as a Distinguished Honoree in the Best Overall Web Design category. Unlike the American Business Awards, where multiple levels of winners are chosen, the International Business Awards names only one winner and one honoree per category.

After months of preliminary judging of companies around the globe, followed by two weeks of final judging, the final results of the 2011 IBA Awards are announced. The Stevie Awards were created to honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working people worldwide.
